Humblex – Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Humblex, we aim to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The item should not be damaged or altered by the customer.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

Ensure all stickers and labels are visible and intact in the video.

This video is mandatory proof in case of:

Missing items

Damaged products
-
Incorrect orders

⚠️ Without valid video proof, we may not be able to process your return or refund request.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Each product is eligible for one exchange only.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.
5. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be issued as store credits in your Humblex Wallet. -
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after the product passes quality inspection.
6. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders.

For smoother processing and to avoid extra charges, we recommend choosing prepaid payment.
⚠️ A ₹50 handling fee per product is applicable on COD orders.
7. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
